At first glance of that headline, I’d imagine quite a few people reacted saying, “Ewwwww!!”. But what if it’s really good?Chicken Fried Watermelon is the latest taste sensation that is trending right now on social media. Basically you take chunks of watermelon, coat them with chicken flour and then deep fry them. Yea, sounds like something you’d most likely find at the Indiana State Fair (mark my word, it’ll happen either this summer or next!). I’d try it! Here’s how to make it:
