My 8-year-old son, Reed has recently learned how to make pancakes. His grandmother patiently taught him how to heat the griddle just right, prepare the batter and perfect his flipping skills (easier said than done, especially for a child!) And I gotta say, after several months of practice, Reed is an excellent pancake chef!! But now it appears that perfectly round pancakes aren’t always desired. A chef on TikTok has gone viral sharing their ‘scrambled pancakes’ recipe! That’s right, just like scrambled eggs, you don’t have worry how they look. It seems quite a few people online have also tried scrambled pancakes and the reviews are mixed (pardon the pun). As long as the cakes taste great I say why not!
