
Word to wise, if you have any fresh onions in your cupboards and don’t know what state/country they came from…throw them away. To play it safe, I threw away the two pictured above not wanting to chance it. The Food and Drug Administration announced that the possible onion contamination could involve salmonella. It includes whole raw white, yellow and red onions. Here’s what you need to know:
