Kelsey Grammer has high hopes for the future of “Frasier”.
Despite the revival series being canceled after two seasons on Paramount+, Grammer, 70, exclusively told The Post he’s “very positive” about the show returning for Season 3 on a different streamer or network.
“There’s a better home for it,” he said. “I mean, obviously, they didn’t really promote or spend much time on it.”
The “Frasier” revival premiered in Oct. 2023 and followed the iconic Dr. Frasier Crane (Grammer) moving back to Boston after the death of his father and the end of his 20-year relationship with Charlotte.
The show was canceled in January 2025, but sources say CBS Studios has plans to shop the series elsewhere.
Could Frazier and his old buddy and sometimes nemesis Sam share some scenes together again? Not only does Grammer think “Frasier” will return, but he thinks there’s a chance his former ‘Cheers” co-star Ted Danson could join him on the revival despite their 30-year fallout since the Bull and Finch Pub.
“Ted and I might visit actually something together,” Grammer told The Post. “We’ve been talking about a couple ideas. Maybe on ‘Frasier.’ We don’t know.” READ MORE HERE: Kelsey Grammer Shares Update On ‘Frasier’ Revival
