The Guinness World Book of Records has announced that a 36-year-old woman has become the world’s most tattooed lady!

10 years! After a ten-year journey to tattoo 99.98 percent of her body. Her tattoos go from her scalp to the soles of her feet, including her eyelids, eyeballs, gums and tongue.
