Elton John doesn\’t mind splurging on unnecessary things, whether it\’s electric boots, a mohair suit, or a half dozen homes.  He tells us this in Bennie and Jets!

 

In a recent interview Sir Elton John said the roots of his \”big spender\” habit started when he was a young boy.  It was the way he dealt with his parents\’ common arguments growing up.  He revealed he was happiest just hanging out in his bedroom with his possessions and it\’s stayed with him his whole life.
