Adopt A Christmas Letter Through USPS’ Operation Santa

Good news—USPS brought back Operation Santa again this year. It’s a pretty neat project where kids and parents can write letters to Santa. Those letters then get uploaded to a website and you can adopt one!

You can sort letters by location and provide gifts to kids in Indiana, or just pick a letter from anywhere that calls to you. Once you find one you’d like to shop for, just claim it and get started.

You’ll get some instructions in an email, but the gist is you go to the store (or shop online) print out the letter you get, package it all up and take it to a participating post office. They’ll scan your QR code and send it out to the right place.

Gifts have to be sent out by December 19 to make sure they make it on time.
