I hope at this point you know that if there’s food news, I am here to share it with you. Now normally a new menu item is not THAT interesting, but this time it has me all sorts of excited.
As of today, Panera now serves pizza. PANERA SERVES PIZZA, PEOPLE!
Apparently people have been asking for this for years. I haven’t, but I should have because I’m really pumped. Is it weird to get soup, a baguette and pizza? I don’t know, and I don’t care.
There are three flavors: margherita, cheese and chipotle chicken and bacon. I guess technically they are flatbreads, but isn’t that pretty much the same thing?
According to CNN, they’ll range from $8 to $9.
